In honoring this commitment, we have made the decision to issue a Voluntary Field Safety Notification in response to a small number of incidents (<0.02%) involving ZIPPIE® Voyage® Early Intervention Strollers where the seats have unexpectedly fallen after inadequate attachment to the stroller base, resulting in injuries to children.
